LOCATION: This property is pleasantly and very conveniently located. It is in a small village approximately 7 km from the Town Centre and approximately 35 km from Burgas, Black Sea Coast.

OUTBUILDINGS: An old, small Chicken Shed. Outside WC. Outside Sink, but does not appear to have a tap. There is an outside tap near the forecourt area, although this was not tested.
 
SERVICES: Electricity is available in this property, although may well need to be updated and checked. Details concerning the supply of water to this property should be confirmed by your Solicitor. However, we have been informed that it has mains water. We did not see any evidence that the WC has been plumbed in to European Standards and this would have to be upgraded.
 
MISC: There is a Stream nearby, at lower level. Some concrete post and wire fencing to Boundaries.
