RESPONSE TIME: We aim to efficiently respond to your enquiry. We try to provide an immediate response, but sometimes it may take a little longer: Emails are checked and responded to at least 4 times everyday - we will try to get back to you within a few hours, if not quicker. We try to always answer the telephone personally, but sometimes we have no alternative but to put the answer phone on for a short time and sometimes we are in areas where the telephone signals let us down.
