TYPE OF PROPERTY AND LOCATION: A Detached, corner sited, two-storey House, with a Verandah and a Balcony. This property is in an elevated position and offers quite spacious accommodation. It is situated in a small village in the Bourgas Region. It has Double and Single Entrance Gates. The village has a shop, village hall and a limited Bus service to the nearest town city centre and villages. The Town of Sredets is approx. 10.87 miles away (17.5 km). Bourgas City Centre is approx. 32.68 miles away (52.6 km).
DESCRIPTION: Three (or Four) Bedroomed House comprising: Ground Floor - Room with Basin and Shower (not tested, but it is apparent that the Boiler is not working/is disconnected); Two Sitting Rooms; Kitchen. The ground floors are tiled. At First Floor Level - Two Double Bedrooms, with Verandahs and a Smaller Bedroom. Some wood panelling to ceilings; one concrete finish floor and two wooden floors
GARDEN/LAND: We are informed that there is approximately 850 sq. metres of Land in total with this property, but you should ask your Solicitor to verify this. The Boundaries are not clearly defined on site.
