TYPE OF PROPERTY AND LOCATION:
This land and house has very good views and offers great potential for a rural retreat. It is located in a very scenic Village in the Burgas Region. Some of the houses here have been renovated beautifully.
There is a Village Shop/Bar nearby - and Sredets (where there is a Market and more Shops) is approx. 17.70 miles away (28.5 km). Bourgas City Centre is approx. 39.52 miles away (63.6 km).
DESCRIPTION: The house on this land unfortunately is in a very poor condition. However, the setting is scenic and for someone with a little imagination - there's a lot of potential here.
GARDEN/LAND: We are informed that there is in excess of 2,000 sq. metres of land (maybe around 2,500 sq. metres - but it is important that your Solicitor checks exactly how much land is being sold). There is some boundary fencing (wire and concrete post, with also a small area of stone boundary). However, at some point in the past areas of land seem to have been fenced off, maybe to keep chickens/animals and therefore the boundaries on site are not entirely clear. However, your Solicitor can help specify exactly where the boundaries are when the Plan and Deeds are viewed.
