ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: Each villa has a spacious Living Room, with a fireplace and fold-out Couch; 2 Bedrooms, with a Balcony with a good view of the Pool. One of the Bedrooms has a Double Bed, Large Wardrobe and an AC. In the other Bedroom there are two Single Beds, Wardrobe, Air Conditioning and a Work Desk. There is a fully equipped Kitchenette, Dining Area for 6 people and a Porch and a view of the Mountains and Swimming Pool.
The maximum capacity of each Villa is six people. Guests are supplied with Bed Linen, Towells, Kitchen Utensils, Fire Wood and other necessities. You can eat in your own Villa, or use the BBQ Area or eat with friends and relatives in the Tavern. You can choose to go Self-Catering, or have meals catered for you.
Beautiful Lakes for Fishing in Haskovo Region of Bulgaria. The nearest lake is just 1 km away; other Small Lakes are within 5-8 Km. There is a very Large Lake approx. 30 km away.
BBQ Area for you to enjoy your meal outside, or eat inside in the Tavern or in your Villa. You can book either Self-Catering, or Full Board and have your meals cooked for you.

The accommodation has pleasant outlooks. All Bed Linen, Towells and other essentials are provided.

As well as the Three Villas on this Small Development there is an Activities Building offering a Sauna, Jacuzzi and Tavern and these Facilities are free of charge and exclusively used by Guests.
The Villas are located at the foot of the Eastern Rodopi Mountains and there are opportunities to go jogging, hiking, cycling and quadbiking. Also nearby lakes for those who enjoy fishing within walking distance.
The Ancient Thracian City of Perperikon is a popular destination for Tourists. Human activity here dates back to 5000 BC. Perperikon is only approx. 25 km (approx. just over 15 miles away).
There are several Christian Chapels and a Church near to the Villas.

Ancient Thracian City Ruins of Perperikon
Birdlife International have declared this area in Madjarovo as an important place since it has a wealth of bird species, including rare species. Madjarovo is about 38 km (approx. just over 23 miles) away.
There are only 4 Buildings on this Development: 3 Villas and another Building housing amenities. Therefore, it is not over-crowded, but rather a small, peaceful and pleasant location and yet there is plenty to do on-site and there are plenty of places to visit nearby.
PRICING: Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Tavern amenities, Swimming Pool, Outside BBQ Area, Large Fireplace, Sun Beds can be used free of charge by Guests.

SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicles) can be rented for 35 Euro (approx.£29) per day (this price includes fuel).
ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) can be rented for 25 Euro (approx.£20) an hour (this price includes fuel).
Accommodation Prices: Prices are per Villa (a Villa can accommodate up to 6 people).

Per Villa for 3 days - 241 Euro (approx. £198)
Per Villa for 4 days - 282 Euro (approx. £232)

I think you will agree that these prices, for such well appointed accommodation, are very reasonable. If 6 people stayed, this would work out at only between 11 and 16 Euro per day per person (approx. £9 - £13).
